My Memorable Trip Down the Great Ocean Road

posted on 5 August 2011

After hunting for caravans for sale, we'd finally found one we were after, and then made the decision to take the caravan trip from Melbourne to Adelaide along the Great Ocean Road. We left early in the morning and headed towards Geelong, and once we got to Geelong we headed for the coast. We stopped many times along the way to take photos as the scenery along the Great Ocean Road is phenomenal. We stopped along the way at a scenic lookout and had lunch and then walked down to the beach and relaxed by the water for a while. We decided to stop just outside Glenaire to stay the night - it was near the water and so was very relaxing. The next morning we headed off again but only managed to get about 60Km down the road before one of our tyres blew out. We changed the tyre and kept going and found a really lovely spot by the beach to have breakfast. After breakfast we kept going and stopped a few more times further down the road to take photos. We were not far outside Adelaide when we decided to stop for lunch, with just 200km left to go we decided to just stay here a while and relax. Once we were ready we continued on our travel, after another 2.5 hrs we arrived in Adelaide at our friends house. We thought that this was a fantastic trip and would highly recommend it to everyone.

How Cancer Insurance Will Care for You and Your Loved Ones

posted on 26 April 2011

Statistics show that over 1.3 million new cases of cancer are diagnosed every year, in the United States alone. Cancer has also become one of the top causes of death worldwide. The sad reality is that cancer is a terrible disease that knows no age, gender or race. Anyone at all can fall victim to this illness at any given time, including you and your loved ones. And perhaps one of the hardest things to deal with when dealing with cancer, besides the emotional and physical strain, is the financial strain that can befall the cancer patient and his or her family. Treatments for cancer, such as chemotherapy, are very expensive but are very essential to cure someone of this disease. This is where cancer insurance comes into the picture. This type of insurance covers the expenses should the insured individual fall ill with cancer. By insuring yourself and your loved ones, you can rest assured that should anyone fall ill with cancer, they will receive the utmost care, minus the financial burden.

A Country United by Welcoming Australia’s Unique Culture

posted on 22 February 2011

Different cultures and principles are the one thing that makes one country unique from another. When you get to other places for a vacation or something else, you would need to adjust on how a certain country or place copes up with their daily lives. It was late June of 2009 when I first visited Great Britain I was asked to attend training for leadership and management in behalf of our University. I was hesitant at first considering it would take a month to join such training and I would have to deal with it all by myself. When I was finally convinced, I took the chance thinking this could help my career as a professor, at the same time enjoy the country&rsquos beauty. At the 1st week of the training, I have observed a lot of Australians participating almost half of the participants come from Sydney. As the weeks goes by, slowly the other participants were getting the culture of Australians. Eventually, the British organizers recognized a single unique Australian attitude and belief because it has brought a lot of British people together. It&rsquos amazing to know how british passports sydney to present their culture and belief. Every country should be open to other changes, especially when it brings their people together. To bring thrill to the readers, one must also try to get to know Australians for them to know what certain attitude they have that can unite people to work together.
