To find a job is not easy task. I've worked in many positions - from selling glazier van side racks to being a guide at Disney World, and appreciated every one of those jobs.
You have to keep a lot of things in mind while getting into a job. You should find a job which you enjoy doing. Dream jobs differ from individual to individual. Some people believe that their dream is to earn lot of money in the job they are doing. Other people concentrate on fulfilling their dreams irrespective of the money benefits attached to it. My dream job is to be a Human Resource Manager some day and lead a team. Since HR involves a lot of communication and employee relation, I would love to be a part of the Human resource function. I would definitely want to perform the tasks performed by the manager like Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Training, Induction etc. I would love to solve the problems of employees which are related to remuneration, recruitment etc. This has been dream role as I wanted to be surrounded with people and take on responsibilities and challenges of the HR Manager.
