Do not be afraid to contact lots of solicitors and ask them about how many cases they have won. The ones that do not answer perhaps do not want to admit their figures but a good solicitor will not be afraid to tell you the truth. You will also want to consider whether qualifications and years of experience are important to you when choosing as well.
You will be paying for the services of the solicitor and so you want to make sure that you get good value for money. Take some time in deciding what features are important to you and look for these in the solicitor. It is worth all the effort and you want to make sure that you can trust them and that you will be relaxed during the case that you have the best possible representative.
