Importance of running a business by all the rules and regulations

posted on 21 October 2011 | posted in Home and Garden

Owning a restaurant is not an easy thing. There are many restaurants that are close to each other and competition can cause people to do really absurd things. When my best friend and I started off an oriental restaurant, the owners of the restaurants in that city did not like it at all. This was something that puzzled us because we did not offer the same food that they offered. Unlike some of them we run our business by the book, meaning we did not break any rules at any time. That is what made us stay open for a very long time. The electrical inspection services examined out restaurant occasionally and we always passed the checks. There were times they would find problems with the electrical cookers and would demand we address the matter immediately something we did because we knew what would happen if we did. There was a time an angry business person tried to sabotage us by creating a gas leak but he was caught on video by our security department and that saved us a lot of grief.
