Respect is vital for a healthy working environment

I do not employ women because of how they look but for the hard work they are capable of. Women are very committed people and they do not work it's as if they are forced. Even if they do not like what they are doing for a living, they will still do it well. That is why they get hired all the time. My company does not even need performance coaching like other companies. This is because I get the best results at the end of the day. This good performance is highly appreciated and I always give them rewards for their good work. There is one thing that I do not tolerate. Women who get disrespected just because they are believed to be from the weaker gender are not condoned at all. That is not something that I embrace and anyone who does that has had to face very harsh consequences. The ladies have noticed this and to reciprocate their appreciation of the amazing working environment, they deliver quality all the time. Respect at my company is vital and all employees know that.
