I have eaten rice and pork steak for dinner. Then had some pork cracklings and then a bowl of macaroni with fruit salad and now, I am about to eat a local delicacy that I got from the airport on my way back to the city. It isn't as good as what I would usually have but it is unique for there is a smoky aroma to it. It's nice considering I got it cheap. I am pairing it with a cup of green tea that my brother sent from Vietnam. It's actually a good pair for the tea is a bit bitter while the delicacy is sweet. I just don't know how much running I would need to get rid of the calories from what I have eaten so far. And the way I see it, I won't be running anytime soon for I still need to go through this reverse telephone book. Why? I have no idea. Someone gave it to me and asked me to look for a certain number and for no reason at all, I agreed. I guess this is what happens to people who are too depressed that they no longer know what they've gotten themselves into.

The doctor could not believe that a twenty two year old person like me had a heart condition that is caused by straining my body. He gave me a lot of medicine and told me to refrain from having chest pains. The medicine did not work very well and the doctors suggested that I get psych help so that they can get to the bottom of the problem that would trigger the pain all the time. Therapy worked slowly, and I kept on going. I got in to the habit of listening to music using my ipod touch because I could not drive so I either went to work with my friends or family or I would take the train. I used to take the train all the time and then walk for a short distance twice every day and when I went back to the doctor they noticed a positive change and he told me to keep on doing whatever it is that I was doing. So I asked my friends how can i backup my ipod touch. I liked the way my grandmother reacted when I gave her a Nokia 3310. She is an aged woman and no longer employed. We were actually planning to let her run our small retail store, but her doctor did not allow us to do so. On the downside, I couldn't convince my nephew to go out to the park - what a shame as it was a lovely day - it seems they are more interested in their gadgets than the simpler ways to have fun!
My mother just came home from a two week trip in Singapore with her sisters. My aunt, who works there, asked them to visit her every now and then since she has no family there. When my mother came home, she brought with her 2 LG phones that were purchased in Sim Lim this is a known gadget shopping mall where a lot of tourists visit. My aunt suggested that my mother should buy me a new mobile phone since I will be graduating by March. She thought it would be sweeter to buy two so that I can choose from both. When she got me the phones, the first thing that came into my mind is whether we have a LG Service center in the city. I have observed that there are only a few service centers available in our place. I was thinking in a practical way whatever happens to my new phone, at least I have a reliable shop where I can bring it. There may be certain shops that can offer fixing my phone but they are not credible enough to handle such. It is still advisable to have your phones checked on their brand service centers to be sure that it will be in good hands.
Here are some tips on how we save money when it comes to daily expenditure.
1. We take our lunches to school and work. If my children want to eat cafeteria food, they have to use their earned “commission” money to do so. This saves money and prevents me the work of making lunches that they skip when its pizza day.
2. If we’re going to go out to eat, I encourage the family to walk to the local restaurants a block or two away. We get exercise. We save gas. And by the time we get there, I know the children are actually hungry. Furthermore, if the family has to walk to get there, my children are more likely to look again in the pantry for something they like.
3. We don’t get kids meals with toys. My children have too often asked for the meal for the toy and then only half-eaten the expensive food. The solution is to only order a burger or sandwich for them along with a drink. If they are still hungry, I can order apples or another side. Yet even the main course plus a side is cheaper than the “kid meal”.
4. We have used the old “envelope” method to manage our budget for eating out. We pull out the cash at that time. If we run out of cash, we don’t get the extra bread-sticks or the 2-liter to carry home.
5. Finally for home cooking, we make sure we use the cheapest gas supplier - we did a search for cheap gas Loughborough and so managed to save a great deal on gas for our cooking.

I once visited my friend in a different country and together we went shopping one afternoon. I saw a particular stereo make that I liked so much in one of their stores. I had to purchasable it because it was not only affordable but quite classic too. After returning home, the stereo started developing problems. I did not know what to do because I could not take it back to the country where I had purchased it from since it was far and there were no stereos like those in my country that I could at least ask something about them in order to try to fix mine. There is this musician who is driving my baby sister crazy, the musician happens to be a child just like my sister both being twelve years old, and they also happen to be best friends. I have never really believed that blonds are stupid because I have met extremely brilliant blond girls and a couple at that, What people don&rsquot know is that been stupid shouldn&rsquot be associated to the color of the hair and it just seem like a racist thought to think that blond girls are dumb. I met this brunette once who doesn&rsquot know anything in fact she doesn&rsquot know how to delete apps on ipod touch while it was just in front of he ,I mean the world delete. How dumb can one get if not that but they will never call her dumb because she has a black hair. I wonder where this story about been dumb when you are blond came from and every one seem to buy the myth. I think for me I would go blond any day anytime and that wouldn&rsquot make me less intelligent than I was and what happened to blond guys ,how come they aren&rsquot called dumb. That sounds like gender inequality to me or maybe not after all.
