The invent of nannies, babysitters and also daycare centers, not forgetting preschools and universities have replaced the role of a parent in the life of his or her child. Working mothers for example spend a lot of time in their offices thus leave their children under the care of their teachers, for those who can afford nannies, and babysitters to take care of their children. I am not a mother yet and you are probably thinking that I have no right of opinion in this matter but am afraid I do have a say in this because my parents left me under the care of my nanny whom up to now I share a deep bond with compared to the one of my mother. When I will have a child, I understand now what my parental rights are. They are basically being in the position of participating in my child's life and education despite the presence of a nanny, I would also make it a habit of getting the reports that are in regard to my child's progress in school, and the one I lacked from my parents is be in the position to collaborate with the teacher to make informed decisions that would be to better my child's life.
I have been surfing eBay for quite some time looking for the perfect gift for my boyfriend and having found the perfect gift (a Hugo Boss watch), I click the check out button. To my surprise, it went to a different part of EBay. I tried several times but it is still the same so I thought that maybe EBay is doing some maintenance. I hit the check out button again for the last time but nothing happened so I click the customer support. We talked for a while but the agent is insisting on getting my credit card number and the four digits but I told him that I have not bid on the item yet and still insist, I was so piss off that I just log out. A few days past and when I check the eBay site I notice that it is different from the one I entered earlier. I talked to the ebay agent and she told me that there was no record of the conversation that I had the day before and she told me that I might have entered a phishing site and that I have been a victim of ebay agent scam , although I am lucky because I haven&rsquot given my credit card. I check the history and she verified that I have entered a phishing site. To this date, I type the whole website address of where I am going rather than click the links. It is better and safer this way.
When you use a company as big as eBay you can have problems but if there is a problem that you cannot solve their customer service then you may need a lawyer to intervene. ebay ethical issues is when you have a company that practices bad business and sometimes the only way you can get this obvious through a mediation with a lawyer. First of all you have to make sure that the issue is worthy of the expensive it will cost you to have a lawyer to mediate so make sure whatever your Line is it is worth it. Another thing to be careful is that Judy Hsu is where the eBay not with the seller themselves because if you will read in the bill of rights from eBay that they cannot always control what a seller does or does not do. First I would try to resolve the issue through customer support and if you do not get nowhere their been sent a letter to corporate headquarters, if you don't get anything or satisfaction after that then I would suggest a lawyer but as I said make sure it's worth all the trouble.
