What traders need to do to stay top in the market.

Good customer care services do not just entail how a trader treats a consumer when they are purchasing. Even after purchase, a customer will look for help and how you will treat him as a trader will determine if the customer will term it as good or bad and this will consequently determine if they will come back again or if they will refer another customer to you. Good customer service after purchase may mean responding to customer's inquiries pertaining to an item they have already purchased promptly, and even offering to help in case they have a problem with the item. Apparently, not many traders know this, but others do, and they provide their helpline contacts to the consumer after purchase in order to maintain the relationship. the help line will connect the consumer to the trader free of charger and the consumer will be free to relay their concern and to present their problem for help. These traders are the ones who are now topping in our markets because customers keep coming back and bringing other customers along.
